Product Description
DESCRIPTION: White Crystals or crystalline powder, fairly hygroscopic, dissolves readily in water and alcohol.
APPLICATION: L-Malic Acid is an important natural organic acid. It is an ideal additive in foodstuffs and is widely distributed in vegetables and fruits. It is used in the acids for wine, acid drink, fruit juice, soda water and various soft drinks. Acids for fuit processing, stabilizer of colour and adjustment of acids. Condiment or salt free diets for kidney disease patient.
